  • People have approached me over the years to mention that I sound like Carol Kirkwood, even when I wasn’t talking about the weather! 
  • I appreciate the beauty locally and try to be outside most days with my dog.

I have a Private Practice in Devon. I offer counselling to adults.

I have worked as a Wellbeing Consultant in a University Wellbeing Service.

Before training as a counsellor,  I worked in roles in inclusion and communication.I also worked as a Primary teacher.

Professional Training

Working with many people struggling with anxiety, I have developed a special interest in this. I have completed additional professional training in areas such as: depression and anxiety, trauma and the body, and Mindfulness-based stress reduction.

I aspire to meet my ethical responsibilities as a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). Working within the BACP Ethical Framework offers you an assurance about the rigorous professional standards I am accountable to.
