It is a time when you can reflect on what draws you into counselling, ask any questions you may have and we can look together at whether I am suited to work with you and your needs.
£50 per session

Students: If you are a student in further education, I offer a reduced rate.

Counsellors in training (on a course, in placement), I offer a reduced rate. I am an integrative practitioner, person centred with an experiential approach.
I am particularly interested in working relationally, and how we can develop our self-care.
I also offer some concessionary fees for those on a low income. I have experience of working in an affordable counselling service for adults.
